Express Entry – Permanent Residency

On January 1, 2015, Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) rolled out the Express Entry program. This program promises to be more efficient by granting permanent residency within 6 months of applying and allowing eligible applicants to enter a profile and wait to be picked for an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

The three categories that fall under Express Entry are:

  • You must have passed an English exam (IELTS, CELPIP OR TEF) with a score of at least CLB 7 in NOC 0 or A, or at least CLB 5 in NOC B

Federal Skilled Trades Program

  • You must have two years of work experience in the last five years in an approved trade by CIC

  • Have either a Red Seal or Qualification Certificate in Canada, or a one year job offer from a Canadian employer with approved Labour Market Impact Assessment

  • Passed the English or French exam score

Federal Skilled Workers Program

  • You must have at least one year continuous work experience (no breaks) in NOC 0, A, B in the last ten years

  • You must pass the English test with a score of at least 7 CLB

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)

AAIP is an economic immigration program operated by the Government of Alberta with the Government of Canada’s department of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). AAIP supports Alberta's economic growth by attracting and retaining work-ready immigrants to the province.

Individuals, together with their spouse/common-law partner and dependent children, nominated by the Government of Alberta can apply for permanent residence through IRCC as a Provincial Nominee. IRCC makes final decisions on all Provincial Nominee permanent resident applications.

Individuals can apply under the following streams:

International Students

Students are our specialty! If you want to be an international student, Nally Immigration Services can support you throughout the process. We will advise you on your options so you can plan your path accordingly. If you are already an international student we can also assist you with renewing your study permit or applying for a co-op or post-graduation permit.

Sponsorship

If you are 18 years of age or older and a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, you may be eligible to sponsor relatives or your spouse overseas for permanent residency. We will assess your qualifications and determine how best to proceed with your sponsorship application, as every sponsor's situation is unique. We understand the importance of family re-unification and that you do not want to spend any more time away from your loved ones than is necessary.

Citizenship

On June 18, 2015, IRCC announced that the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) has been named the new regulatory body for consultants providing citizenship advice across the country.  Nally Immigration Services is in good standing with ICCRC and can consult with you regarding the eligibility requirements and steps to citizenship.  If Canadian citizenship is your end goal, we can guide you through the process to ensure your success in becoming a Canadian citizen.

Temporary Permit Renewal/Visitor Visa

We offer assistance in work or study permit renewal as well as applications for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).

Application Review

Have your application reviewed by a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).  If your application is complete and you would like a second pair of eyes to look over your documents, we can assist.  We have the experience necessary to catch those common mistakes so you can feel confident submitting your application independently.

Consultations

Consultations are required for Permanent Resident (Express Entry) and Sponsorship applications.  Consultations will require the client complete a questionnaire regarding their personal situation and previous history.
